Piero is compact, perfect for generous spaces but also ideal for smaller ones.
It is the hybrid oven par excellence: it is possible to prepare dishes with indirect cooking using gas or direct cooking thanks to the combustion of wood using a convenient kit supplied.
It has a 60×50 cooking plate that allows, when using the gas version, to cook two pizzas at the same time.
