To ensure consistent thermal performance, the DF-80 employs an efficient combustion system that retains heat for longer periods. The vermiculite-lined combustion chamber significantly enhances heat accumulation while simultaneously intensifying the brightness of the flame. In addition, the external air intake supplies the oxygen needed for combustion, promoting higher efficiency and stability during operation.

The closed-profile door reinforces the mechanical strength of the appliance and increases safety. At the same time, it gives an elegant and modern appearance, visually enlarging the front of the insert. The screen-printed ceramic glass, resistant up to 800 °C, provides a clear and safe view of the fire.
