CLEVER Technology – Advanced Ventilation for Even Cooking

The CLEVER system completely renews the internal airflow of the oven. The fan, positioned on the rear wall, draws in vapours and quickly removes humidity. Consequently, the cooking chamber remains dry and ideal for perfectly even results.

At the same time, the heat generated at the base follows a rotational path. This happens thanks to the airflow created by the fan, which pushes hot air from the rear section toward the front area. The distribution occurs through small holes positioned at the front of the oven. Thus, heat spreads evenly across all cooking levels.

Additionally, the system creates an air barrier that prevents sudden heat loss when the door is opened. Therefore, the internal temperature remains stable even during quick adjustments.

Thanks to this technology, the oven can reach 250 °C in just 25 minutes using only 1.5 kg of firewood (for 45×80 cm models). This efficiency reduces energy consumption and enhances overall performance.
