Fuji 70 Wood-Burning Insert – Efficiency, Versatility, and Build Quality
The Fuji 70 insert is part of Ferlux’s wood-burning insert range and stands out for its high efficiency, versatility, and build quality. This range offers a wide variety of power outputs, dimensions, and design solutions, allowing for harmonious integration into different environments and interior styles. In addition, Ferlux developed this line with a focus on maximum comfort and well-being, incorporating a silent turbine system that distributes heat evenly and efficiently.
Key Features of the Fuji 70 Model
Primary Air
The primary air system is located at the bottom of the appliance and allows precise regulation of air intake. In this way, the user can directly control the flame intensity according to their needs, reducing wood consumption and significantly improving combustion efficiency.
Secondary Air
The secondary air enters the top of the combustion chamber in the form of preheated air. As a result, this system improves glass cleanliness, reduces pollutant emissions, and increases the appliance’s overall efficiency.
Clean Glass System
On the inner surface of the glass, an air curtain creates an effective barrier that prevents direct contact between combustion fumes and the surface. This allows the user to maintain a clear and continuous view of the flames for longer. In addition, this system promotes more efficient combustion, contributing to reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
Double Combustion
The double combustion system operates through the injection of preheated air at a specific height within the combustion chamber. In this way, gases not burned during the first phase are reused, ensuring higher energy performance, lower wood consumption, and significantly reduced emissions.
Printed Glass
Appliances featuring printed glass offer a more elegant and sophisticated design. As a result, the door is no longer merely a technical element but also assumes a relevant decorative role within the overall appliance.
Sealed Appliance
Sealed appliances do not use air from the room in which they are installed. Consequently, they do not saturate the environment or reduce oxygen levels, ensuring greater comfort and safety during daily use.
Vermiculite Combustion Chamber
The combustion chamber is fully lined with vermiculite, a material highly resistant to high temperatures and prolonged contact with flames. As a consequence, this lining increases the internal temperature, ensures more complete combustion, and reduces emissions into the atmosphere.
Turbine
In addition to natural convection, the Fuji 70 can be equipped with air-forcing turbines that enhance hot air circulation. This solution is particularly effective when ducting is required, improving thermal comfort in adjacent spaces.
Hot Air Ducting
The ducting system allows hot air to be distributed to other rooms through ducts and silent turbines. In this way, the appliance ensures more uniform heating, greater energy efficiency, and reduced fuel consumption.
