Key Features of the Teide 70 Model

The Teide 70 insert is part of Ferlux’s wood-burning insert range and stands out for its energy efficiency, versatility, and build quality. This range offers a wide variety of power outputs, dimensions, and design solutions, allowing for harmonious adaptation to different environments and interior styles. In addition, it was designed to provide maximum comfort and well-being, thanks to the incorporation of a silent turbine system that ensures uniform and efficient heat distribution.

Primary Air

The primary air system is located at the bottom of the appliance and allows precise regulation of air intake. In this way, the user can directly control the flame intensity, reduce wood consumption, and significantly improve combustion efficiency.

Secondary Air

The secondary air is introduced at the top of the combustion chamber in the form of preheated air. As a result, this system enhances glass cleanliness, reduces pollutant emissions, and increases the appliance’s overall efficiency.

Clean Glass System

On the inner surface of the glass, an air curtain creates an effective barrier against combustion fumes. This ensures a clear and continuous view of the flames for an extended period. In addition, this system contributes to more efficient combustion, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.

Double Combustion

Double combustion occurs through the injection of preheated air at a specific height within the combustion chamber. In this way, the appliance reuses gases not burned during the initial phase, ensuring higher energy performance, lower wood consumption, and significantly reduced emissions.

Printed Glass

Models equipped with printed glass feature a more elegant and sophisticated design. As such, the door serves not only a technical function but also a prominent decorative role within the overall appliance.

Sealed Appliance

Sealed appliances do not use air from the room in which they are installed. Consequently, they do not saturate the environment or reduce oxygen levels, providing greater comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily use.

Vermiculite Combustion Chamber

The combustion chamber is fully lined with vermiculite, a material highly resistant to high temperatures and prolonged contact with flames. As a result, this lining ensures more complete combustion, increases internal temperature, and reduces emissions into the atmosphere.

Turbine

In addition to natural convection, the Teide 70 can be equipped with air-forcing turbines that enhance hot air circulation. This solution is particularly effective when ducting is required, improving thermal comfort in adjacent rooms.

Hot Air Ducting

The ducting system allows hot air to be distributed to other rooms through ducts and very quiet turbines. In this way, the appliance ensures more uniform heating, higher energy efficiency, and reduced fuel consumption.
